    Preparation :

    Cut the chestnuts horizontally with a small knife. Try not to cut deep.

    Then leave chestnuts into a warm water about 30 minutes.

    Strain the chestnuts. Put the chestnuts onto a oven tray. Cook at preheated oven at 200 degrees until cracked.
