Put artichokes into a deep saucepan. Add hot water and boil the artichokes over high heat. Drain the water of boiled artichokes. Leave to cool.
Cut the artichokes into big cubes. On the other hand, finely chop parsley and dill. Cut pickles and red pepper mini. Then, chopped artichokes, parsley, dill, red pepper, pickles and corn into e deep bowl. Add salt, lemon juice and olive oil onto the salad. Mix well with the help of a spoon.
