Extract the stalks of tomatoes and wash them thoroughly.
Then, cut the upper part of the tomatoes with a sharp knife (try to make zig-zag shape). Scoop out the inside of tomatoes with a small spoon or melon baller.
Chop the parsley, finely. Put the cheese into a small bowl. Add parsley and black seed. Crush and mix with a fork.
Fill with cheese mixture into the tomatoes. Place them onto a serving plate. Sprinkle parsley and pour olive oil on and serve.
