Thyme Salad Recipe

Ingredients :

  • 30 g thyme
  • 2-3 pinch of parsley
  • 1 branch fresh onion
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper
  • 3-4 tablespoons of olive oil
  • Salt

Preparation :

Extract leaves of green thyme. Sprinkle a little salt on. In order to get the bitter taste of thyme, knead for 2-3 minutes. Then wash off.

Put the thyme in a bowl. Chop parsley, onion and garlic into the bowl. Add pepper, olive oil and pomegranate molasses. Knead with your hand for about 5 minutes. Finally, add walnuts and stir again.

Put the thyme salad onto a serving dish. Decorate with tomatoes and serve.
