Put oil into a deep saucepan. Heat over high heat. Add corns into saucepan. Sprinkle salt. Close the lid of saucepan and shake for a while. Make sure the corn is completely greased. Then add red pepper and thyme (as you wish you can sprinkle cayenne pepper). Close the lid of saucepan agein. Cook over high heat with shaking occasionally.
When all corn are pop, open the lid of saucepan. Sprinkle some onion powder onto pop-corns. Then shake the saucepan again.
Take the spicy popcorn into a deep serving plate. Serve hot with a cold drink.
If you put less oil into saucepan, all the corn will not pop. Try to put oil proportional to corn.
