    Sauteed Oyster Mushrooms Recipe

    Ingredients :

    • 250 g oyster mushrooms
    • 2 tablespoons olive oil
    • 1 tablespoon butter
    • 1 clove garlic
    • 2-3 pinch of fresh thyme
    • 1/2 tablespoon lemon juice
    • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
    • Salt
    • Black pepper

    Preparation :

    Wash the oyster mushrooms in plenty of water. Dry them and slice oyster mushrooms into long pieces.

    Put the olive oil in a wide pan. Add sliced oyster mushrooms. Cook over high heat with stirring. When mushrooms changes its color, add chopped garlic. Put butter and sprinkle salt and pepper. Cook at least 1-2 minutes.

    Finally, Add finely fresh thyme onto the oyster mushroom. Add the lemon and apple vinegar. Cook for 2 more minutes. Then remove from heat.

    Put cooked the sauteed oyster mushrooms into a serving plate and serve hot or cold.
