Brush the fresh potatoes, and wash them thoroughly. Dry potatoes. Then slice with a sharp knife as shown at photos.
Put the butter in a small bowl. Grate the garlic on. Add finely chopped fresh thyme. Sprinkle salt and pepper. Mix with a spoon. Apply butter mixture over the potatoes by hand.
Then, put the potato with butter onto a oven tray with greaseproof paper. Cook at preheated 200 degree oven untill lightly browned and slightly opened.
Then get it from oven and serve hot.
