Peel the cucumber variegated(Cut lengthwise strips of peel down 4 sides of the cucumber with a vegetable peeler). Cut end portions and flatten. Divide by 3 or 4 pieces. Scoop out the inside of cucumbers with a small spoon or melon baller.
Chop the parsley, finely. Put the cheese into a small bowl. Add parsley and black seed. Crush and mix with a fork.
Fill with cheese mixture into the cucumbers. Place them onto a serving plate. Pour olive oil on them and serve.
