    Crete Puree (Cheese Puree) Recipe

    • 150 g full-fat cheese
    • 50 g uncured cheese or curd cheese
    • 1 clove of garlic
    • 4-5 tablespoons crushed walnuts
    • 2 tablespoons sliced ??almonds
    • 4-5 tablespoons of olive oil
    • 1 handful of fresh mint
    • 1 pinch of dill
    • A small amount of red pepper

    Preparation :

    Put cheese in a mixing bowl, mash beautifully with the help of fork and mix it.

    Add mashed garlic, finely chopped dill and mint to the mixing bowl. Then, add olive oil, red pepper, sliced almonds & walnuts. Mix them for a while.

    Preparation of the squeeze serving dish. Drizzle on a little bit of olive oil and sliced almonds, walnuts or olive green. Crete puree is ready to serve.

    If you want to have a softer consistency, squeeze a little more olive oil on Crete puree before serving.

    Upon request, can also serve with toasted bread. It is a great snack for breakfast & bruch.
