Before starting, put a pot of water in deep saucepan. Add lemon juice in it.
Peel celery peel and wash thoroughly. Cut celery ring-shaped about 0.5 cm in width.
Add celery pieces in to the saucepan. Lemon juices prevent discoloration of celery. Cook celery until soft light. Try not to cook much.
Drain the celery. Roll celery into flour, then whipped eggs, and finally bread crumbs with salt. Fry both sides of celery in hot oil.
Glow on a paper towel to take breaded celery, provide more oil to drain. Then, put a serving dish. Yoghurt can be served with a sauce.
In order to take excess oil at patties, you can use a paper towel. Take the cooked breaded celery to a serving dish. Serve with dip sauce.
