Chop onion, garlic and parsley, finely. Put oil in a pan. Add onions and garlic on it. Sauté for 2-3 minutes.
Then add beans. Sprinkle with the salt and spices. Sauté for 1-2 minutes again.
Blend blend with food processor just for a few seconds. Put the beans puree into serving dish. Sprinkle chopped parsley on it and serve warm or cold.
