Cut the stems of beans and divide them in half. If the beans are too thick, you can cut in more pieces. Wash thoroughly, then leave to stare.
Put olive oil in a large saucepan. Add finely chopped onion and garlic on it. Sauté a little. Then add the minced meat. Sauté until it changes color. Add a little tomato sauce with diced tomatoes. Then, put the beans in a saucepan, add some water and salt. Mix them for a while and close the cover of pan.
While cooking,if the beans pulls more water then you wish, you can add some more water. But try not to add too much.
Serve hot.
