    Oyster Mushroom with Soy Sauce Recipe

    Ingredients :

    • 300 g oyster mushrooms
    • 2 tablespoons olive oil
    • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
    • 2 cloves of garlic

    Preparation :

    Cut stems of oyster mushrooms. Wash softly the oyster mushrooms in plenty of water. Then dry mushrooms.

    Chop the garlic. Put olive oil, soy sauce and choppd garlic into a small bowl. Stir with a fork or wire whisk. The soy sauce with garlic mixture is ready.

    Put oyster mushrooms in a large pan. Add soy sauce with garlic mixture. Close the lid of pan. Cook over low heat until water is absorbed.

    Put cooked the oyster mushrooms with soy sauce into a serving plate and serve hot or cold.
