    M & M Cookies Recipe

    Ingredients :

    • 125 g butter (at room temperature)
    • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
    • 1 egg
    • 200 g corn starch
    • 1/2 packet of baking soda
    • 1 package vanilla
    • 1 cup flour
    • For Over:
      • 2 cans of mini m and m’s

    Preparation :

    Crack the eggs into a deep bowl. Add butter, farina and powder sugar to the bowl. Blend by your hand. Then add baking powder, vanilla and flour little by little. Remold till you get a dough doesn"t stick to your hand.

    Then, sprinkle flour onto kitchen counter. Put the dough onto the counter. Roll out the dough to about 5 mm thick. Then, cut out counter with a cookie cutter (see pic above). Line them up to the baking tray with grease-proof paper. Put the M&Ms to the center of cookies by your hand. Gently press. Bake in the preheated 180 degree oven. Cook until 15 minutes. (As their colour doesn"t change well, keep an eye during baking.)

    After the cookies baked wait till they gets cooler. You may get them to a service plate. You can serve with coffee.
