    Burnt Eggplant With Tahini Recipe

    Ingredients :

    • 5 tablespoons of canned burnt eggplant
    • 2 tablespoons of tahini
    • 1 tablespoon yogurt
    • 1 clove of garlic
    • 2 drops of lemon juice
    • 1 tablespoon olive oil
    • Salt

    Preparation:

    Put the 5 tablespoons burnt eggplant in a deep bowl. Add grated garlic and tahini (sesame oil). If you have, you can add yoghurt, also. Finally, add salt, olive oil and 2 drops lemon juice and mix them.

    If you do not want to use canned burnt eggplant, you can make the burnt the eggplants by yourself. Follow the directions below.

    How to make burnt eggplant?

    Take 3 pcs eggplant. Dip them in several places with a knife. Place the eggplant directly on the gas flame or stove (or oven) and turn the eggplant occasionally to make sure its skin is burnt all around. Then place the burnt eggplant into a bowl. Cover with plastic wrap and leave it to cool. Then remove the skin of eggplant.

    Finally, put the prepared mixture into the food processor. Mix them untill it gets the consistency of puree. Then take it on a serving dish. Put in to the refrigerator. Leave 1 hour to rest. Before serving, you can add with walnuts and some pomegranate on it. Served cold.
