    Ingredients :

    • 3 medium potatoes
    • 6-7 tablespoons olive oil
    • 1 teaspoon thyme
    • Red pepper
    • Red pepper flakes
    • Salt

    Preparation :

    Peel the potatoes, wash them thoroughly. Then cut the potatoes in the cubes.

    Put the chopped potatoes in to a deep bowl. Add olive oil, salt, spices into the bowl. Mix with your hand.

    Then, put the potatoes with olive oil mixture into a oven tray with greaseproof paper. Cook at preheated 200 degree oven untill lightly browned.

    Then get the baked spicy potatoes with olive oil from oven and serve hot.
