    Potatoes With Olive Oil Recipe

    Ingredients :

    • 2 medium potatoes
    • 1 large carrot
    • 1 large tomato
    • 1 medium onion
    • 2 cloves garlic
    • 4 tablespoons olive oil
    • 1 cup hot water
    • 2 sugar cubes
    • Salt

    Preparation :

    Peel the onion and garlic. Finely chop. Then, peel the potatoes, carrot and tomatoes. Cut into cubes equal size.

    Put olive oil into a large saucepan. Put the finely chopped onions, and garlic into the saucepan. Sauté for 2 minutes. Then, add the chopped carrots. Saute for about 2 minutes. Then, put the potatoes. Add salt and sugar, saute for 1 minute. Finally, put chopped tomatoes and hot water onto. Cover the lid and cook over low heat for 25-30 minutes.

    When the potatoes with olive oil is cooked, remove from heat. Sprinkle with finely chopped parsley onto the meal and serve hot or cold.
