    How To Make Roast Meat

    Ingredients :

    • 250-300 g flaked chopped meat
    • 1 small onion
    • Salt
    • Thyme
    • Black pepper

    Preparation :

    Firstly, wash the meat and drain. Peel the onion. Chop finely.

    Put a large pan on the stove. Then, add the meat. Saute 2-3 minutes over high heat. Then, add finely chopped onion onto meat. Stir 2-3 times. Pour 1/2 cup water onto meat. Cover the lid. Cook until meat is tender over low heat, stirring occasionally.

    Add salt, black pepper and thyme onto cooked meat. Stir 1-2 times. Serve hot.
