    Turkish Chop Shish Kebab Recipe

    Ingredients :

    • 150 g lamb steak
    • 3 tablespoons olive oil
    • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
    • Salt, thyme, red pepper, black pepper and cumin
    • Wood skewers

    Preparation :

    Chop lamb steak into mini cubes. Then, wash the meat and drain.

    Then, dip chopped meat on the wood skewers. Put skewers on a plate. On the other hand add olive oil, soy sauce, salt and spices onto a bowl and stir. Pour the sauce onto the meat.

    Put cast iron pan onto the stove. Provide fully warm up. Put skewers into the pan. Cook each side.

    Put cooked skewers onto a serving dish. Serve hot.
