1/4 package spaghetti
125 gr minced meat
1 small onion
2 cloves of garlic
3 tablespoons olive oil
1 green pepper
3 medium tomatoes
1 medium sized carrot
1-2 bay leaf
Put hot water into the saucepan. Sprinkle a little salt. Put pasta and boil until tender.
On the other hand, chop onion, garlic and green pepper. Cut the tomatoes into mini cubes. Grate the carrot.
For bolognese sauce; put olive oil into a pan. Add chopped onions. Cook with stirring at least 2-3 minutes. Then, put chopped green pepper, garlic and bay leaf. Cook at least 2 minutes. Add grated carrot and minced meat. Cook with stirring at least 5 minutes. Finally, put chopped tomatoes. Sprinkle with salt and black pepper. Cook with stirring at least 3-4 minutes again.
Drain the water of boiled pasta. Add the bolognese sauce mixture onto spagetti and mix well.
Place the spaghetti with bolognese sauce into a serving dish. Serve hot.
