    Fried Dough With Vegetable Recipe

    Ingredients :

    • 3 cups flour
    • 1 egg
    • 3 tablespoons yogurt
    • 1 packet baking powder
    • 1 dessertspoon salt
    • 1/2 cup warm water
    • 2 green peppers
    • Optionally 1 red pepper
    • 1 pinch parsley
    • For frying:
      • Vegetable oil

    Preparation :

    Put flour, baking powder and salt into a large bowl and stir. Open in the middle. Break the egg. Add yogurt. Put finely chopped parsley and pepper. Then, add little by little the warm water and knead until you get a soft dough.

    Then, sprinkle flour onto the kitchen counter. Put the dough onto the counter. Sprinkle flour over the dough. Open the help of the platen. Cut the dough with cookie cutters daisy. Then follow the insructions 6-7 at photos. Bake in hot oil.

    Put fried dough onto paper towels. Serve with tea.
